Parisian pied-à-terre
Today we invite you to an extremely stylish apartment located in Paris. The London investor wanted to create a comfortable, weekend apartment with plenty of space for social gatherings. The adaptation of 32 sq m in such a way as to fulfill all the investor's dreams turned out to be quite a challenge, but the architects from Corpus Studio once again showed off not only perfect functional ideas, but also a unique sense of style.
The existing layout of the apartment was far from perfect: several very cramped and impractical rooms were available. It was decided to reduce the bedroom and separate it from the living area with large glazing, thanks to which the apartment is filled with light and seems larger.
The arrangement of the furniture in the letter "L" was perfectly suited to the functional plan of the apartment and was repeated in every corner: from the layout of the couch by the window to the layout of the kitchen. Near each window, special benches have been designed, thanks to which you can bask in the sun's rays and admire the view of the green square from the front.
To brighten the interior, brass accents were chosen, such as the fronts of the upper cabinets in the kitchen. The choice of furniture is very eclectic, with a mix of historic finds from the Saint-Ouen flea market and designer designs from the second half of the 20th century with a bit of contemporary accessories.
