Minimalism in Kiev
We invite you today to a 207-meter apartment in Kiev. Rina Lovko's studio is responsible for its project. The interior of a modern apartment is characterized by an interesting design and minimalist solutions that have been thought out in even the smallest detail.
A big problem for architects was the unusual layout of the apartment - it is a section of a circle, and most of the walls were based on a circle. Despite the large area - 207 square meters, the layout of all functions was not easy.
The architects decided on an open layout, thanks to which the interior is very spacious. The flat was supposed to be very minimalistic and at the same time cozy. It was decided to give up all unnecessary elements that would disturb the visual order of the interior - the radiators were hidden behind special panels, and most wardrobes and storage compartments were placed in the building.
Owners, because of their profession, cared for an open and comfortable kitchen. It was designed according to the concept of the Rina Lovko studio, it is worth paying attention to the countertop made of Mutina tiles. Architects completely abandoned the upper cabinets in favor of the lower building, thanks to which the interior acquired a more elegant character.
Minimalist lighting only emphasized its conceptual character. The hosts gave up the TV in favor of a hidden projector.
Dressing room, bathroom and bedroom form a coherent whole. Thanks to the combination of brick red walls with green additions, the whole thing takes on character. Beautiful and well thought out interior!
